Service is good and hotel staff is very kind and helpful for anything you need. Location of the hotel is excellent. Rooms are clean but they can be little cleaner, especially when we talk about some corners and the carpet in the room. Anyhow my recomandation for anyone. They have smoking area, but they don't serve alcohol.
Read this important notice. In The standard room you have to step up 50cm OR HIGHER to get into the bath / shower. NOT RECOMMENDED FOR PEOPLE WITH REDUCED MOBILITY. VERY DIFFICULT TO STEP UP HIGH INTO THE BATH AND STEP DOWN ALSO DIFFICULT, NO RAIL TO HOLD ON. RISK OF FALLING. Nice hotel, an oasis compared to the area outside the hotel. The Standard room is quite small but sufficient for short stay. Breakfast is good especially the cold buffet. Good variety of Pastries. Check out is quite slow. Somehow I expected a Spa, but there is no Spa. The 16th floor lounge area is average. 15th floor (2nd restaurant) is only open for special occasions.

Ferdi Lilly is a real gem! The view from the outside is not particularly inviting, but on stepping through the main doors, you are immediately struck by the beautiful, marbled reception area. Light and airy, and very spacious - very welcoming. The straff throughout the hotel were very professional, friendly and extremely helpful. The meals were amazing, a wonderful selection, and again, the young staff were very efficient and helpful in making meal times fun and enjoyable. The location of the hotel is great - right in the middle of most attractions, which are within walking distance. The room we had was very spacious and well equipped with all essentials. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to visitors to Algiers. Thank you Ferdi Lilly for making our stay so special.
